We are here to do research and education in observational http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cosmology. This requires comparing data - observations and models - so having an open communication system where people can easily reorganise the meta-information and the meta-meta-information regarding these observations and models should help in getting research done and maybe in measuring the shape of the Universe and/or in understanding the 95% of matter/energy density which we know obeys http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Relativity but has no other link with microphysics. This is why we are using TWiki - GPL http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html software. Please feel free to edit any TWiki page if you think you can improve it.
